Applied Training and Consulting

Innovative Defensive Options Inc. provides a full curriculum training service to meet client requirements across the entire spectrum of complex security needs. Programs can range in scope from an isolated presentation, workshop or a full curriculum training course, which can range in duration from five (5) days to five (5) weeks. Innovative Defensive Options uses the problem based learning approach in all of its training programs, thus ensuring the training remains focused and pointed directly at the student’s development.

• We develop lectures, workshops, or full curriculum training packages as appropriate, and will deliver these programs at the client site, in the field or at a designated training facility.
• Our “Train the Trainers” program allows client staff to resume training in the future.
• Courses employ theoretical and performance checks to demonstrate knowledge and performance skills and to ensure that the required standards are being achieved.

The Applied Training and Consulting Division offers programs ideally suited for Law Enforcement, Military and Security personnel. The training is either run in a seminar, workshop and/or course format. Programs are restricted to currently serving members of law enforcement and military units and certified security personnel, unless otherwise stated.
